Dolly Parton tops Donald Trump's playlist - but one song leaves fans outraged

Donald Trump has revealed himself as a fan of both ABBA and Dolly Parton following a two-day visit to Ireland.
The president, 80, stopped by his golf resort in Doonbeg, County Clare, to take in the Irish Open over the weekend. While there, he held meetings with Taoiseach Micheál Martin and President Catherine Connolly, and voiced his backing for Irish unification, calling it a "great thing."
A clip of Trump chatting with journalists aboard Air Force One has now gone viral, after his in-flight music selection was made public. It comes as President Trump's height was called into question during his trip to Ireland.

Telegraph journalist Connor Stringer posted on X alongside the Trump footage, "A fun moment on Air Force One tonight somewhere over the Atlantic. Two officials came back to the press cabin relaying message from the president - did we want to listen to his playlist while he worked?
"We obliged. And here's some of what we got; Jolene - Dolly Parton, The Undertaker's WWE entrance music, Teenage Wasteland- The WHO."
The president's Air Force One playlist also featured Dorma by Pavarotti and ABBA's Fernando. Stringer added in his X post, "POTUS later came back to see what we thought. A gaggle followed."

In the footage, Trump approached the journalists, asking, "I want to make sure everyone's okay with the music, right?" One reporter was heard responding, "We loved it."
The president once again asked, "The music's great, right?" When questioned about who put the playlist together, Trump responded, "I picked it myself. I wanna make you happy, so I'm playing wonderful music."

Social media users have voiced their fury over Trump's playlist, with many arguing he has no business listening to The Who.
"Teenage wasteland?" one person questioned, as a second X user echoed, "Teenage Wasteland? This makes me irrationally angry.
"He's so desperate he's trying to be Obama with a playlist," a third person suggested. Someone else fumed, "No, a "gag" followed after having to listen to that c--p."

During his trip to Ireland, Trump doubled down on his backing for a united Ireland and dismissed any resistance to holding a referendum. The president said, "Everybody says that. Then things happen.
"It seems to me that one of the naturals of all time is to put them together." The 80-year-old also admitted he would "love" to see a united Ireland and hinted that "it may as well happen now."
Trump's Irish visit wrapped up on Sunday, September 13, at his Doonbeg golf resort in County Clare, where he presented the Irish Open trophy to Shane Lowry.
