It’s quite the tumultuous time for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley. And the drama has spilled over into her reality outside of RHOBH. The star’s legal woes over her Encino home have a new update. Despite estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley making emergency payments and negotiating deals with lenders, according to newly filed court documents, the property has officially been assigned a new foreclosure date after Dorit caused numerous delays.

Dorit Kemsley’s real-life foreclosure fight continues

The latest news comes again from attorney Ronald Richards. The lawyer has been sharing updates on the continuing drama about the potential foreclosure auction. On June 30, he shared that, according to the lenders, there would no longer be a sale and that they are working their way out of foreclosure.

However, Ronald shared another update stating that the foreclosure sale originally scheduled for July 7 has been postponed once again to July 14, 2026. He shared a photo of the filing listing TD Specialists as the trustee and Aldon Road LLC as the borrower.

The lawyer has shared several posts about the foreclosure sale postponement in the past. According to this latest Instagram post, the delay is due to the fact that Dorit is traveling to celebrate her birthday.

“As we have said, she will never sign a deal that forces her out of the house,” he wrote in the caption. “The only way she will leave is if the second forecloses. Paul will find this out soon and be forced to make the hard choice of not advancing further funds to  save a sinking ship without getting anything in return.”

Dorit has not publicly responded to the latest claims. However, this just marks the latest development in the ongoing drama surrounding PK and Dorit. Their financial troubles and spending and the ongoing divorce drama have continued to make headlines.

It has been quite a tumultuous time for Dorit. Between promoting her new book and dealing with her divorce and home issues, the reality star feels she has a full plate. Time will tell if this means she won’t be holding a diamond for the new season of RHOBH.
