Kate Middleton's former right-hand woman is teasing more about her next venture after leaving the palace.

On March 26, the Princess of Wales' former personal assistant Natasha Archer shared more about her next move with a post on Instagram.

"I’m Natasha - Founder & Creative Director," began the caption of a new black and white snap of Archer, where she wore a suit set and smiled at the camera.

"After almost two decades working within private households, I’m delighted to begin this new chapter, offering discreet, bespoke advisory services for those seeking considered guidance across wardrobe, personal presentation, creative direction, and the finer details that shape important moments," it continued.

She shared more in a second Instagram message the following day, writing on a white slide that was captioned, "Our mission."

"We provide discreet, thoughtful guidance across wardrobe, personal presentation and creative direction, helping individuals and families present themselves with confidence and complete assurance," the post said. "Through precision and refinement, we shape the details so every impression feels effortless, assured and entirely seamless."

A small monogram of the letters N and A — Archer's initials — was also featured on the bottom of the slide. The symbol echoed the monograms of the members of the royal family that appear on their stationery and other official documents. The royal cypher of the monarch also appears on mailboxes, public buildings, documents and more.

Archer's Instagram bio describes her as a "Founder & Creative Director" and includes a hyperlink to a namesake website. The site opens to show the same monogram, but is otherwise empty — for now.

The updates came after she posted on her Instagram page earlier this week that something was "coming soon" on Thursday, April 2.

Archer was credited as Princess Kate's unofficial stylist during her tenure working for the royal household, and in July 2025, PEOPLE exclusively revealed that she was leaving Kensington Palace after 15 years of service. She established herself as an invaluable member of the private household during that time and left her palace role to establish her own private consultancy.

PEOPLE understood that the Prince and Princess of Wales’ household wished Natasha the very best for the exciting opportunities ahead, and more details were expected in due course.

Archer joined Prince William and Princess Kate's team in 2010 as a personal assistant to the royal couple and became an integral part of Kate’s inner circle. She joined the couple's official international tours, curating dizzying arrays of outfit changes during the weekslong trips on the world's stage.

She was promoted to senior private executive assistant to the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2022 and held that position until her departure.

Princess Kate's personal assistant helped transform her aesthetic from girl-next-door to regal style icon, with a closet full of high-end designers like Alexander McQueen and Jenny Packham. The so-called "Kate Middleton Effect" — the phenomenon of pieces selling out after she wears them — is estimated to contribute over $1 billion a year to the British economy and has firmly established the Princess of Wales as a global style icon.

Archer was also the only to persuade Prince William to wear a traditional sherwani during the couple's royal tour of Pakistan in 2019 and worked with Princess Kate to upcycle several of her dresses, also memorably renting a neon-green body-con dress for the Earthshot Prize Awards in Boston in 2022 in a promotion of sustainable style.

Archer wed Getty Images Royal Photographer Chris Jackson in 2017 after they met on the job and received the Royal Victorian Order in 2019 for her service to the royal household. The Daily Mail reported in September that the couple had split; Jackson did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Several months after she left her royal role, a source told PEOPLE that the Princess of Wales had no plans to hire a stylist.

"Kate has always been very involved in choosing her outfits for royal engagements, but now she is so confident, she knows exactly what suits her and what doesn’t," the source said. Kensington Palace had no comment when reached by PEOPLE.

Multiple sources said that the princess is very hands-on when it comes to curating her wardrobe and does most of it herself, with her staff providing assistance with the logistics.
