Kathy Hilton is sharing that her longtime friend Vanna White was in the room when she gave birth to her son Conrad
The RHOBH star said she had White in the room after she expressed fear over giving birth

When Kathy Hilton welcomed her son Conrad, she had many people to support her in her birthing suite — including Wheel of Fortune's Vanna White.
In an exclusive clip shared with PEOPLE ahead of tonight's episode of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, host Ryan Seacrest asks Hilton to elaborate on her longtime relationship with White. As she begins detailing their decades-long friendship, Hilton reveals that White was actually in the room when she gave birth to one of her kids.
“Vanna is a dear friend of mine,” says Hilton. “And you’re an old friend!”

“I know. We have known each other quite a while,” responds Seacrest. “Would you tell me a little bit about your history with Vanna?”
“Vanna and I go back forever and ever and ever. I remember when she first got pregnant and she was really nervous,” shares Hilton. “So I had the most beautiful birth tape that Rick had filmed of Paris.”
Hilton goes on to say the tape was filmed from behind her head and was done very "tastefully."
"And so I said, you’re going to watch it with me. And we watched it — she said, ‘I feel so much better already,' " says Hilton. "And in fact, I invited her to be in my birthing room at Cedar Sinai, so she came. And our son Conrad is here today. She was right there. Vanna was front and center.”

Although Hilton offered support to White, the Wheel of Fortune co-host said her labor didn't end up being like that of her friend.
“Thank you for that. But my birth was different from your birth. You were there, you were all coiffed and beautiful and knocked out your fourth baby like that," says White. "A month later, I had Nico – 23 hours of labor and a C-section. It was different than yours! But thank you.”
“We had so much fun,” responds Hilton.
