Nick Viall and Natalie Joy are getting honest about how they really feel about expecting two more little girls.
During a new episode of their podcast The Viall Files, the former Bachelor star, 45, and his wife, 27, addressed comments they received after posting the sex reveal for their twins. Last week, they shared a video on their Instagram and announced they're having twin girls by poking black balloons that released a shower of pink confetti.
"Two more little girls. Could not be more excited. I know many people in the comments [were] thinking that that last balloon I wanted to be blue," said Viall.
"And I will be honest with you guys, everything on social media is fake," explained Joy. "We did in fact act for that video because we did already know the gender. So there's no way he would've been upset with the second balloon, because he'd already known that there were two girls."

Viall went on to say that his daughter River, 2, has been "a dream and a blessing."
"And listen, if I get to have a son someday, that will be great. Right after we found out that we were having girls...I was coming down our stairway, and River was looking up at me. And Natalie's mom said, 'Just imagine in a few months, well, not in a few months, but soon,' you'll have three little girls looking up at you.' And it just melted my heart. It's going to be great," he said.
The dad and podcaster went on to say that when they learned about their twins on the way, they had no idea what combination of sex they'd be having, or if the twins would be fraternal or identical. He said that any combination is great.

"And we're thinking about having all the girls very close in age, you know, River being an older sister to the two younger girls," he explained. "It's a great thing. So we're very excited."
On Feb. 19, Viall and Joy posted a joint video on their Instagrams of the moment they found out the sex of their twins on the way. At the beginning of the clip, the two could be seen standing in front of two black balloons with white question marks all over them. Down the string, little blue and pink balloons were tied together.
Before popping the first balloon, Viall and Joy kissed and then pulled apart. Viall popped the first black balloon, revealing several smaller pink balloons and pink confetti. He then popped the second balloon, which again revealed pink balloons and pink confetti, signifying that the couple is expecting twin baby girls.
"And the twins are...😭😭😭😭 a dream!!!!" they captioned their post.
Earlier this month, Viall and Joy announced in an Instagram post that they're expecting twins. The couple's happy news came after a tough year for Joy, who publicly shared she experienced three miscarriages in 2025.
"Our rainbow babies are finally ready to join us and this time it’s TWINS 🌈🌈," Joy and Viall wrote in their joint caption. In the sweet photos, Joy could be seen wearing a silk shirt that was unbuttoned to showcase her growing belly.
She held up a series of sonogram images, standing next to Viall, who held the other side. He also had their daughter River on his hip. The toddler wore a cream sweater that read "Big Sister."
