Prince William was quick to lend a hand to Kate Middleton during their latest royal engagement.
The sweet moment unfolded on Jan. 20 when the Prince and Princess of Wales visited the Radical Weavers handweaving studio and charity in Stirling, Scotland. Prince William, 43, and Princess Kate, 44, traveled there on Tuesday to highlight how the country's unique heritage traditions are continuing to connect communities and inspire new generations.
In a fan video shared to Instagram, the Princess of Wales sat down at a loom to try weaving tartan as her husband stood behind her.
As Princess Kate removed her blue tartan jacket to rest on the back of her chair, William hopped in to hold it.

The Prince of Wales then folded his wife's bespoke cinched coat by Chris Kerr, seeming to stifle a smile.
Princess Kate is passionate about the importance of the British textiles industry and the role it plays in national culture and creativity. Her coat was a thoughtful choice, as Kerr is a second-generation bespoke tailor based in London, and the coat was made from Johnstons of Elgin wool, a Scottish heritage brand.

According to Vogue, Princess Kate helped design the blue plaid coat — a possible fashion first for her as a credited collaborator. Its hues may have been a flag dressing tribute to the national flag of Scotland, which is blue and white.
Radical Weavers was the second of three engagements that the Prince and Princess of Wales made on Jan. 20, and cameras captured a tender moment between them there.
During their visit to the working handweaving studio, the Princess of Wales laughed and placed a hand on her husband's arm. The royal couple has become more tactile in public following Princess Kate's health journey of recent years.
