Angelina Keeley’s journey on Survivor 50 came to an end on Wednesday, March 25, in a double-elimination episode. The CBS star’s game took a hit after she lost her number one ally, Mike White, at the previous Tribal Council. His exit made her a desirable target for the Vatu tribe, who voted her out unanimously on Wednesday.
Angelina made her Survivor debut in Season 37 alongside Survivor 50 castaways Mike White and Christian Hubicki. She quickly became a fan favorite, known for her over-the-top personality and chaotic gameplay style. However, viewers saw a more lowkey version of the reality star on 50. Her edit was minimal and forgettable, which was a big disappointment for Survivor: David vs. Goliath fans. She spoke about her unfortunate edit in a recent interview, blasting production for not showcasing female stories.
Angelina Keeley isn’t impressed by Survivor 50’s editing
In her exit interview with Page Six, Angelina expressed disappointment in how production is handling female stories this season.
“I think that they can do a lot better,” she began. “They pay a lot of lip service to diversity and to inclusion and to empowering voices and women, and I think they’re doing a really poor job this season so far of displaying female stories and telling female stories.”
“Why is everything we see about Chrissy [Hofbeck] negative? she asked. “Why is everything we see about me negative?”

“I feel like with their reach, with their show, they can either be a reflection of society, they can push society, or they can just feed the beast,” she added. “And by feed the beast, I mean pander to our worst traits. And that’s what I feel like they’re doing this time around.”
She spoke more about the lack of representation in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, calling the editing an “abysmal shame.” She also shared her thoughts on her DvG pal Christian flipping on her and Mike, which came as a big shock to viewers.
“I think that this matters a lot to him. I think that it’s evident that playing Survivor again and trying to win Survivor is the most important thing to Christian right now,” she told EW. “And that’s what I felt from him out there in seeing how he made the decisions that he made.”
Survivor is available to stream on Paramount+.
