Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Baltierra's teenage brother, Nicholas Radtke, is expecting his first child with girlfriend Emma Smith.
"Welp, santa has brought me the greatest gift i’ve ever received. i’m having a baby yall," Radtke, 19, shared via Instagram on December 25, adding that the little one is due in May 2026.
"We're about to become a family of three! So happy to share that we're expecting!" the couple wrote over a series of photos posing with an infant onesie. "Baby Radtke coming soon!"

The comments section was flooded with well-wishes for the young couple, including from Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant alum Rachel Beaver.
"Congratulations!! You’re going to be the best parents. I’m so happy for yall," she wrote.
Radtke and Smith appear to have been going strong as she first appeared on his social media back in November 2024.
"You’re the best person to ever exist, and the greatest person to enter my life," he captioned a series of selfies with his young love at the time.
Baltierra first appeared on MTV when her little brother was just a toddler, starring in the first season of 16 & Pregnant with now-husband Tyler Baltierra as they were pregnant with their first child.
