Venus Williams brought her signature superstar energy to the wedding after-party following her marriage to Andrea Preti.

Amid the holiday festivities, the tennis star officially tied the knot on Dec. 19 in a five-day celebration in Palm Beach, Florida.

Although the couple had an earlier wedding ceremony on Sept. 18 and legally finalized their marriage by going to the courthouse this month, she described it as something deeply emotional and meaningful.

“I can’t describe how beautiful, calm, sacred, exciting, and exalting it was,” she told Vogue. “It was just a dream.”

The fun-filled celebration was attended by close friends and family, and of course, her sisterSerena Williams, who played a big role at her wedding.

Following the wedding, the seven-time Grand Slam winner took to social media and shared with fans a glimpse of her wedding.

In a post on Instagram Stories, the behind-the-scenes video proved that she is not just a badass on the court but also on the dance floor.

The newlywed showcased her inner Beyoncé as she danced to “Crazy in Love” wearing silver high heels and a daring white halter-style mini dress with fringe details that highlighted her long legs.

“It’s not easy to run and balance in heels,” she said along with the short clip of her doing the famous dance step with her friends as her backup dancers.

The joyful clip quickly captured attention, showing a lighter playful side of the tennis icon as she celebrated love and music all in one unforgettable moment.

Venus Williams’ Wedding Dress

Besides the wedding itself, one of the highlights of the ceremony was the moment of the bride walking down the aisle, and the tennis icon looked absolutely radiant, commanding every eye in the room.

Venus Williams’ wedding gown was designed by renowned Lebanese fashion designer Georges Hobeika.

The stunning custom-made ensemble featured a strappy sweetheart neckline and an intricately beaded corset-style bodice that complemented her toned figure and hugged her silhouette beautifully.

“I wanted to wear a gown that Andrea would love and one that captured the essence of the Florida wedding we were creating,” she shared with the outlet.

To complete the look, she wore a diamond princess necklace and a long lace train.

Venus Williams met the actor, producer and model at a Gucci show during the 2024 Milan Fashion Week.

According to her, neither of them had planned to attend since the invitation for her came at the last minute. Lo and behold, they were destined to be at the same event.
