President Trump issued a sharp public rebuke of Representative Lauren Boebert on Saturday night, threatening to revoke his endorsement after the Colorado Republican traveled to Kentucky to campaign for Representative Thomas Massie.

In a series of posts on Truth Social, Trump targeted Boebert, Massie, and Senator Rand Paul, criticizing their joint campaign appearance. Trump questioned whether “anyone interested in running against” Boebert would step forward, labeling her “Weak Minded” and a “stooge” for supporting Massie.

“Boebert is campaigning for the Worst ‘Republican’ Congressman in the History of our Country, Thomas Massie, of the Great Commonwealth of Kentucky, and anybody who can be that dumb deserves a good Primary fight!” Trump wrote. “Even though I long ago endorsed Boebert, if the right person came along, it would be my Honor to withdraw that Endorsement, and endorse a good and proper alternative. Just let me know, or announce your Candidacy, and I will be there for you!”

The friction stems from Boebert and Paul “parading around like fools” for Massie on Saturday, according to Trump, who described both lawmakers as “very difficult, and highly unreasonable.”

Trump used the platform to reiterate his strong support for Ed Gallrein, a former Navy SEAL running against Massie in the Republican primary. Trump previously endorsed Gallrein, calling him a “Military Hero,” “loyal,” and “MAGA all the way.”

Massie has broken ranks with Trump on several high-profile issues during his time in office. The incumbent Kentucky congressman previously opposed Trump on military action in Iran, characterizing it as an “unauthorized” attack, and repeatedly pressured the Justice Department to release classified files related to Jeffrey Epstein. +1

Trump concluded his posts by urging voters to support Massie’s primary opponent. “VOTE FOR ED GALLREIN, AND WIPE AWAY THE STENCH OF ONE OF THE WORST CONGRESSMEN IN THE HISTORY OF OUR GREAT PARTY, THOMAS MASSIE. MAY WE NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN!” Trump wrote.
