Wendy’s is bringing a new type of dunk to March Madness.
On Monday, March 16, the fast food chain launched a Wendy’s Dunks Menu that fans can order from to enter into sweepstakes for prizes including a $100,000 grand prize, according to a press release shared with PEOPLE.
“This March Madness, Wendy's is celebrating the dunks that matter most to its fans, on and off the court,” the release said.
From March 16 to April 6, in a play on the idea of dunking, customers can order “the OG dunk pairing” of a Classic Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty and Wendy’s Hot & Crispy Fries. Starting on March 23, the Dunks Menu will also include six-piece Nuggets or Spicy Nuggets and 3 pc. Tendys as dunking offerings alongside Wendy's sauces.

While these dunk combos can be purchased in-restaurant, via delivery and through the Wendy’s app, in-app purchases of the Dunks Menu enters fans into Dunkstakes for a chance at winning one of 500 Wendy’s gift cards, one of 25 pairs of customized dunk sneakers, one of 10 $1,000 cash prizes and a $100,000 cash prize.
A purchase or payment does not increase your chances of winning.
According to another release, Wendy’s is the Official Dunks partner of NCAA March Madness.
“The Wendy's Dunks Menu celebrates how fans actually dunk – with food in hand,” the release said.

Another deal will be unlocked during the 2026 NCAA Division 1 Women’s and Men’s Basketball National Championship Games, which air on April 5 on ABC and April 6 on TBS, respectively.
After the first dunk of either game, Wendy’s will release a DOGO (“Dunk One, Get One”) Free Dunk for America deal offering a free small Classic Frosty & a small Hot & Crispy Fries pairing redeemable in-restaurant on April 7 from 2-5 p.m. local time at participating U.S. Wendy’s locations.
“Because no matter who your team is, we are all rooting for dunks at Wendy's,” the release shared.
Wendy’s recently offered another deal celebrating Friday the 13th on March 13.
The chain gave a deal of free fries of any size to customers who made a $5 qualifying purchase on the Wendy’s app.
“Daylight Saving[s] Time steals an hour of sleep, Friday the 13th adds superstitious stress and everyone’s running on fumes,” said a press release shared with PEOPLE. “Wendy’s is here to help.”
“When you’re exhausted and feeling a bit spooked, there’s comfort in knowing Hot & Crispy Fries are just a tap away,” it shared.
